All trips are scheduled on a first come, first serve call in basis. Demand response trips are trips where the rider calls for service each time a trip is desired. These requests must be received at least two days prior to the requested trip. Same day requests will be honored on a first come-first serve, space available basis.
Subscription services are recurring trips that the rider is not required to call in each time services are needed. These trips are scheduled on a weekly basis. Due to the high volume of requsts, WPPT maintains a waiting list for subscription trips when space is not available to accommodate a riders request.
